We offer 4 standard templates for you to choose from. CUSTOM ARTWORK is $10.00 extra, we will contact you for consultation on your design upon order.
An order proof will be provided for each online order; the customer will provide confirmation of approval or request for a revision. One revision is included, $35.00 will be charged for each additional revision.

Upon final approval, the order will take 3-5 business days (or better) to complete. Shipping time is NOT included in this time estimate.
