What are your order policies?
Orders are to be placed in our online store only. We will contact you with any details regarding your order if necessary. Orders will be processed upon final proof approval by the customer within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take longer to process and we will contact you upon order on design and specifications.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?​
We ship to Canada only and we do not currently offer shipping internationally. Please check this website regularly for changes to our shipping policy. We occasionally allow pick-up at our business location, which can be arranged BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

As most of our creations are customized, there are no refunds or returns. We hope to make your experience with us as positive as we can.
